Royal Palm Polo gears up for sales

Royal Palm Polo, a luxury home development in Boca Raton, is finally ready to commence sales.

The Toll Brothers project, which broke ground in the spring and had said that sales would initially start around May, will be ready to accept contracts on Dec. 6, according to the Sun-Sentinel. The 223-home development on Jog Road has attracted strong interest. Fred Pfister, Toll’s division vice president, said about 1,800 people have added their names to a list of interested parties. 

Homes start at $1.5 million.

“The luxury market is taking a bigger piece of the pie these days, and this is the only brand new community in the city [limits] of Boca Raton. This area has strong demand for high-end, luxury homes,” Pfister told the publication. [Sun-Sentinel]  – Jennifer White Karp
