The house, located at 397 Old Jupiter Beach Road, features views of the Intracostal Waterway and a dock along with a pool, spa, cabana bath and gourmet granite kitchen. Bench obtained a $2.3 million mortgage for the purchase, according to Gossip Extra. Morris had purchased the house for $4.3 million in 2003 and had previously listed it for sale at $3.99 million in 2012.

“In addition to being built by the area’s premier contractor, the house is walking distance from downtown Jupiter’s restaurants and shops,” local realtor Rob Thomson told Gossip Extra. [Gossip Extra]Chris Guanche
