Developers of an eight-unit luxury condo project in West Palm Beach announced that each unit comes with a custom designed Tesla Model S (and charging station, of course).

Real estate brokers, including Chris Leavitt of “Million Dollar Listing Miami,” as well as city officials and Glozal Group celebrated the launch of Z Palm Beach Residences at the project’s design center on Monday.

The eight units at Z Palm Beach will include access to rooftop plunge pools, a fitness/yoga studio and a zen garden. They’ll range in size from 3,700 square feet to more than 6,000 square feet. Prices start at $2.3 million. Z Palm Beach will be located at 300 Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard.

South Florida-based Interiors by Steven G designed the amenity areas and floor plans, the latter of which will also include private elevators and temperature-controlled walk-in wine closets.
