Kenco Communities submitted its plan for the former A.G. Holley State Hospital site in Lantana last week.
The 73-acre development will include a commercial area of about 34 acres lining Lantana Road, with restaurants, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a fitness center and a bank. The residential portion will be located behind the commercial area.
The buyer, Southeast Legacy, told the Palm Beach Post it is speaking with “national retailers.”
According to the Palm Beach Post, the plan also includes 12 spaces, ranging in size from 6,000 square feet to 55,000 square feet, in the main shopping center and seven out parcels. [Palm Beach Post] — Kristina Puga
