Vanguard Logistics Services has leased 135,000 square feet at Flagler Station in Miami.

Vanguard, a supplier of warehousing, inland distribution and cross-dock services, had been looking for a single site to incorporate all of its operations, which had been housed in two buildings in Medley, according to a news release.

The company will have “input on building design and control of the entire building and a secured truck yard,” Charlie Barton, a managing principal at Cresa South Florida, said in a statement. Cresa arranged the transaction for Vanguard.

Barton said the build-to-suit deal offered Vanguard the right combination of location, pricing, design and timing.

Flagler Station is a 4.2 million-square-foot industrial park in the Airport West area. Many of the buildings have rear loading bays and ceiling heights up to 30 feet. Other tenants at Flagler Station include Ryder System, LagasseSweet and FedEx. William J. Gorta
