PHOTOS: On the scene at Muse Sunny Isles Art in the Park

Property Markets Group and co-developer S2 Development hosted a private event last Thursday for brokers and prospective buyers for their development, Muse Sunny Isles.

The developers debuted their short film, “68 Oceanfront Inspirations” at the event. Local artists displayed their art throughout the property, including works from sculpture artist Helidon Xhixha, Diana Rodriguez and Emanuele Viscuso.

In December, PMG secured a $126.8 million construction loan to build Muse, located at 17141 Collins Avenue. The 47-story condo tower will have 68 units. Condos will range from 2,360 square feet to nearly 6,000 square feet.
