Updated, 11:05 a.m. Nov. 15: The 830-foot-high Panorama Tower now has an architect.

Tibor Hollo hired Zyscovich Architects for the project, which is the first development in the city of Miami to be partially funded by the EB-5 visa program, the architecture and design firm announced Tuesday.

Zyscovich will be responsible for quality control, interior design, specifications, furniture, fixtures and equipment, according to a press release. Tower amenities will include a gym, lounge, cafe, theater, music room and children’s play room. An additional amenity floor will have an indoor and outdoor restaurant and a pool. The project will also include a cyber-room, game room, coffee bar, pet spa and day care.

Mosche Cosicher is responsible for the tower’s current architectural design and Kobi Karp is the design architect, a spokesperson said.

“By incorporating a wide variety of amenities and services under one roof, we are setting a new standard in mixed-use high-rise living. Panorama will be a vertical city within the city,” Anabella Smith, Zyscovich’s director of interior architecture, said in a statement.

Zyscovich has experience in the area of market-based design solutions, with examples of projects such as Midtown Miami, the Flamingo in South Beach and the Shops at Bal Harbour expansion.

Panorama includes a 19-story pedestal with more than 100,000 square feet of medically-oriented office space, a 2,000-car parking garage, 208-room hotel and more than 50,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Above the pedestal and recreation deck will be the 64-story, 821-unit apartment tower.

Hollo’s Florida East Coast Realty is developing the tower, which is in the early stages of construction and will be located at 1101 Brickell Avenue. — Katherine Kallergis
