Law firm leases Boca Raton office for $13M

South Florida-based Kanner & Pintaluga will move its headquarters after signing a new 45,000-square-foot office lease in Boca Raton.

Jim Knight of commercial real estate agency The Knight Group brokered the 10-year-lease for the firm. Kanner & Pintaluga, a personal injury law firm, will pay more than $13 million for the lease at 925 South Federal Highway.

Knight searched for two years before securing the lease with Whelchel Partners Real Estate Services, which represented the landowner, according to a press release.

The firm plans to move from its 15,000-square-foot Delray Beach office in June. Kanner & Pintaluga has offices in Georgia, South Carolina and Alabama.

“Since I began working with Kanner & Pintaluga five years ago, the firm has experienced tremendous growth,” Knight said in a statement. “From 3,000 square feet in Boynton Beach to 15,000 in Delray Beach and now 45,000 in Boca Raton; I couldn’t be happier for them and their success.” — Sean Stewart-Muniz
