A 1.57-acre development site in Miami’s Omni district has been listed for $24 million, The Real Deal has learned.
Commercial real estate giant Marcus & Millichap is marketing the bundle of lots, the company announced today.
The site, at 1530 Northeast Miami Place, is made up of several parcels and is zoned for up to a 24-story building or 787 units.
“The site is located across the street from a Metromover station and is surrounded by new development, including two high-rise towers, the 36-floor, 513-residence Canvas project, and Opera Plaza, which will have 36 floors, 497 residential units and 8,500 square feet of retail,” said Ryan Shaw, associate vice president of investments for Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office, in a statement.
Marcus & Millichap recently represented the seller in a $17.5 million deal of a 10-acre warehouse park near I-95 in Miami, and a $26.5 million portfolio of 12 South Florida Wendy’s restaurants in November.
