Manalapan estate listed in Palm Beach for $37.5M

A three-acre waterfront Palm Beach estate is on the market for $37.5 million, listing agent Jack Elkins announced Thursday.

The seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion, at 1370 South Ocean Boulevard, is currently under renovation. It fronts the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal and is located in Manalapan, a small town in Palm Beach County.

Elkins, of Fite Shavell & Associates, said in a statement that the listing price for Casa Brisas will increase as renovations progress.

“I’ve sold this property several times over the past decade,” Elkins said. “But this newest renovation takes luxury to an entirely different level. While parts of the original home remain, the estate has been dramatically altered and is the epitome of tropical relaxation.”

The 32,091-square-foot house features a fireplace, wine room, art gallery, library, gym and spa salon, massage room and yoga terrace. It also includes a new private dock with lifts for a boat and jet skis.

New Port Richey-based company Blue Water EJ bought the house in December 2012 for $15.6 million, Palm Beach County property records show. Former Seagram executive and now president and CEO of Patron Spirits Edward M. Brown is listed as a company manager. — Katherine Kallergis
