Cresa, one of the largest tenant-focused corporate real estate companies, has reportedly parted ways with its CEO Jim Leslie.
According to an email sent out to Cresa employees and obtained by the Dallas Business Journal, Cresa and Leslie parted ways on “amicable terms.”
Cresa’s South Florida office, which was created in 1998, includes principals David Prevé, Barbara Liberatore Black, Charlie Barton, Matthew Goodman, Alan Kleber and John Marshall. The Miami office tracks office space trends in the South Florida market, according to its website.
The change could have major implications for the company’s Dallas-based affiliate, the Dallas Business Journal reported, and Leslie had said in a previous interview that the firm has remained a “little sleepy over the years,” and he wanted to make a switch.
