Aria on the Bay unveiled its new sales center at a launch party last week.
Melo Group and Cervera Real Estate hosted the opening, which included performances from Flamenco dancers and a live band.
The 53-story tower, designed by Arquitectonica, is slated for completion in 2017. Construction will begin in the second quarter of this year. The project received FAA approval for construction in March. The tower will have 1,035 parking spaces and 40,000 square feet of commercial space.
In December, Melo marked $200 million in sales for the 647-unit development at 1770 North Bayshore Drive.
