Units range from one bedroom and one-and-a-half bathrooms, to three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. They start at $450,000 and go up to $970,000.

The project is scheduled to break ground during the third quarter of this year, and is slated for completion at the end of 2016. Amenities will include European kitchens and appliances, underground parking and open floor plans. Fourth floor units will feature private rooftop terraces with hot tubs.

SLH paid $2.3 million for the 16,800-square-foot site between May 2012 and November 2013, according to Miami-Dade property records.
