Developers of Riva, a 15-story riverfront residential tower, hosted ArtServe’s 2015 ArtBrazil kick-off recently, which included artists, brokers and future residents.

The 100-unit condo project will feature a Riva water taxi boat service for residents.

Units range from $645,000 to more than $1.7 million, with penthouses starting at $2 million. Condos will feature private elevator access, contemporary bathrooms with porcelain flooring, gourmet kitchens and outdoor terraces.
