Developers of Buena Vista Villas, a 12-unit mixed-use development in the historic Buena Vista District, held a sales launch recently.
The boutique development will include 10,000 square feet of retail space and is designed by Kobi Karp Architecture. Commercial brokerage Metro 1 is marketing the sale of the 12 residential units at 4510 Northeast Second Avenue. SLH Investment Group, Group Terrot and UPSIDE Investments are the developers.
Units range from one bedroom and one-and-a-half bathrooms, to three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. They start at $450,000 and go up to $970,000. The project, north of Miami’s Design District, is scheduled to break ground during the third quarter of this year, and is slated for completion at the end of 2016. Amenities will include European kitchens and appliances, underground parking and open floor plans. — Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
