Miami Beach’s Lincoln Road gets another new tenant

The Italian accessories brand O Bag will open on Lincoln Road by this year’s holiday season, marking its first foray into Florida, The Real Deal has learned.

The company has signed a five-year lease with Terranova Corp. for 675 square feet at 830 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, Terranova told TRD. The store will be the brand’s second location in the United States, after Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

On Lincoln Road, the shop will be located between Scene shoe store and Fossil, near such tenants such as Urban Outfitters, lululemon, Armani Jeans, Steve Madden, and various eateries.

Terranova’s executive vice president Mindy McIlroy  represented the landlord in the deal.

O Bag, which was launched in Italy in 2009, offers bags of various shapes and sizes, pocket and wrist watches, assorted jewelry and sunglasses. The brand now has nearly 100 stores worldwide.

Other new tenants heading to Lincoln Road include the jewelry and accessories brand Alex and Ani, which has leased 690 square feet at 541 Lincoln. Nike is building a new site on Lincoln and Lenox Avenue, And Pottery Barn and Williams Sonoma will be opening new stores at 1691 Michigan Avenue, just off Lincoln Road — Ina Cordle
