Cleveland Browns player Karlos Dansby and his wife Tynesha Dansby have listed their Southwest Ranches estate for $4.39 million, Coldwell Banker announced on Tuesday.
The 12,300-square-foot mansion has six bedrooms, six bathrooms and two half-baths. It was built in 2005, and features a 10-seat theater, billiard room, card room, chef’s kitchen, and walk-in pantry, according to Coldwell Banker. Gizelle Bonetti is the listing agent.
Dansby played for the Miami Dolphins from 2010 to 2013. The Dansbys paid $3.4 million for the home at 16850 Stratford Court in 2010, according to Broward County property records. Before that, it sold for $4.1 million in 2007.
Previous owners of the estate include Reggie Wayne, who played football for the University of Miami and most recently with the Indianapolis Colts. Southwest Ranches has been home former Dolphins player Brandon Marshall, former NFL player Asante Samuels and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
The 2.35-acre property also includes a pool, Jacuzzi, basketball court, outdoor kitchen and fireplace.
