Coastal tops off the Bond on Brickell high-rise

The Bond on Brickell, a 44-story condominium tower in the Brickell area, topped off on Monday.

The project, developed by Rilea Group and MDR Toledo, is 97 percent under contract. Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates was the architect for the 328-unit tower at 1080 Brickell Avenue. Coastal Construction is the general architect.

“We launched The Bond on Brickell at the beginning of Miami’s current development cycle because we were bullish on the Miami economy, the Brickell brand, and the development and sales team we assembled,” Diego Ojeda, vice president of Rilea Group, said in a statement. “Buyers from more than 25 countries around the world responded by purchasing nearly all of the available units more than six months before delivery.”

The project is slated for completion for the first quarter of next year. It will feature one, two and three-bedroom units, lofts and penthouses. Interior and exterior spaces will be designed by Mexico-based Loguer Design, including hand-stitched leather and suede walls, tufted sofas and pinstriped granite floors.

Cervera Real Estate is the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the Bond. A resort-style amenity deck, library, children’s learning center, wet bar and kitchen, private cabanas, gym and Jacuzzi area are among the amenities.

The project is near Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village. — Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
