Paragon Group of South Florida held a launch for phase two of its Coconut Grove townhouse project last week.

The real estate development company is partnering with Oxford Universal Design and Build for Grove Place Townhomes, at the entrance of Coconut Grove on U.S. 1 and 27th Avenue. The 18-unit project features a three-bedroom and four-bedroom floor plan, private rooftop terraces, smart home features and a flex space that can be used as a den, office or guest room.

Prices will range between $625,000 and $635,000 for attendees of the developer’s launch event, while regular pricing will range between $635,000 and $645,000. Each unit will be three stories with 2,350 square feet of air-conditioned space, plus an additional 600-square-foot garage.
