The private VIP beach party at the Hallandale/Hollywood area beach club included a performance by OMI.

The property is the first project under Related Living, Related’s new lifestyle division.

Hyde Beach House Hollywood features 77 condo units and 265 resort residences, priced from $430,000 to $1,000,000.
