A condominium at the Edition condominium, which launched sales last week, has been listed for sale at $7.9 million, according to data from real estate information firm StreetEasy. The two-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo, which will be fully furnished, is located at 2901 Collins Avenue #1202. The current Deauville Beach Resort

Miami Beach’s new construction is continuing with a pair of newly-proposed towers, according to a report from brokerage and consultancy Condo Vultures. The condo towers include the Deauville Hotel Beach Resort and the Residences at the Miami Beach Edition, which would together comprise around 440 units. There are now more than 13,315 units proposed in the tri-county area since the beginning of the real estate downturn, with 88 new towers planned. — Alexander Britell
