Kingsbridge Armory plans vetted

The Atlantic Development Group, Rosenshein Associates and the Related Companies all submitted proposals to redevelop the Bronx’s Kingsbridge Armory, and the competing plans have been reviewed by a task force of community leaders. All three developers proposed at least one big-box retailer, a cinema, a fitness center, a bank branch and a large community space. The Economic Development Corporation, which is spearheading the redevelopment of the armory, says it will also share the proposals with the local community board. more [NYDN]
