MiMA establishes in-house tech support
Sick of waiting for the Internet guy to come make a repair? If you’re a MiMA tenant, you no longer have to wait. The New York Times reported that MiMA, the 450 West 42nd Street Related Companies-developed complex that recently went fully rental, will have a technology concierge available for its 5,000 units within the next month. MiMA, and its companion One MiMA Tower, began offering services to some residents this month, though the number was not mentioned.
The concierge will be able to help with tasks such as setting up a television, a wireless audio system and parental Internet controls as well as make Internet repairs. [NYT]
