Ranger Properties’ Queens apartments get renderings
Nine-story LIC building to have 48 units and ground-floor retail
Chelsea-based developer Ranger Properties is moving ahead with plans for a nine-story, mixed-use building in Long Island City.
The 48 apartments are set to average 700 square feet apiece, New York Yimby reported. In addition to the 32,465 square feet, the building at 41-07 Crescent Street in Queens will have a 4,000-square-foot commercial component on the ground floor.
Ranger Properties released renderings today from Hudson Square-based architecture firm Fogarty Finger, which is also handling design for 611 Madison Avenue in Manhattan and 11-51 47th Avenue in Long Island City, as previously reported.
The building is expected to open next year. [New York Yimby] — Mark Maurer
