Movers: Mike Oswald to lead Hill & Wilkinson, Jayme Schutt to Stream

Teddy Leonard to SRS Real Estate Partners in Austin; Chandler Gachman to Compass in Houston

A Richardson general contractor is shaking up its leadership. Hill & Wilkinson’s CEO Paul Driscoll is transitioning to chairman of the board. Driscoll has been with the firm for 40 years, and he was CEO for 13 years. COO Mike Oswald is taking over the top job. Oswald has been with the firm for 20 years. Other members of the firm’s leadership team are moving up the ladder. Peyton Boddie, formerly executive vice president – commercial, was promoted to chief business officer. Matt Shem, previously executive vice president – special projects, was promoted to president. Matt Sisco will take over as COO. All of them have been with the firm for 18 years or more. Cyndi Amador will continue as CFO. 

KAI promoted James Lawrence to architectural studio leader for its Dallas-Fort Worth office. He joined the firm as a senior project manager in 2022. He previously worked at MEL/ARCH Architectural Studio and GFF Architecture & Planning, both in Fort Worth. KAI also promoted Aleksandar Milenkov to engineering design principal in DFW.

Jayme Schutt has joined Dallas-Based Stream Realty Partners’ 20-person tenant representation team as senior vice president of workplace strategy. “Schutt will focus on providing clients with a holistic perspective on optimizing business value from their office space in Dallas and beyond,” a news release from Stream states. She joins the firm from JLL, where she was senior vice president of corporate workplace strategy. Based in Dallas, she led the corporate relocation of HKS and has worked with JP Morgan Chase, Louis Vuitton, CyrusOne and Omni Logistics.

SRS Real Estate Partners hired Teddy Leonard as capital markets managing director, national net lease. Based in Austin, Leonard has closed over $740 million in transactions in 10 years with the firm, according to a news release.

Chandler Gachman has joined Compass as a strategic growth partner for Greater Houston. He previously held growth and marketing roles at Douglas Elliman. He is based out of the Compass Westheimer office in River Oaks.
