RXR and TF Cornerstone took potential investors on a "field trip" to pitch 175 Park, the proposed supertall that could become America's tallest skyscraper by roof height. The catch: the project is expected to cost $6.5 billion, and with $4.8 billion in federal loans not yet secured, private financing could be do-or-die.
