Developer Avra Jain isn't afraid to go west -- of Miami Beach, that is. The Vagabond Group founder's adaptive reuse projects have stretched from the Miami River up Biscayne Boulevard, reinventing the coolest neighborhoods in between. She spoke with TRD's Amir Korangy about becoming a developer in the latest episode of Coffee Talk. "The only thing that qualifies you to be a developer is you can write a check," she said.
