Judge: City can boot sex trade

A state appeals court has upheld city amendments that regulate the sex shop business, meaning the industry will have a lot harder time setting up in residential neighborhoods. The areas with the most complaints are Greenwich Village and the western edge of Times Square, each with more than a dozen businesses.
