Best Buy takes space on Fifth Avenue

Retailer Best Buy has signed a 15-year deal with developer Larry Silverstein for 28,840 square feet of space at 529 Fifth Avenue on the southeast corner of 44th Street. Jedd Nero was the CB Richard Ellis broker for the space, and CBRE partner Robert Gibson represented Silverstein Properties and Peter Ripka of Ripco Real Estate handled Best Buy.
