Morgan Stanley planning move Downtown

Morgan Stanley is planning to lease three more floors in One New York Plaza on the Financial District’s Water Street. The investment banking giant already committed late last year to leasing five and a half floors in the 50-story building, and would move about 2,300 employees from its Midtown location to fill the eight and a half stories.more [NYT]
