Osher names new firm

Shaun Osher, who left Prudential Douglas Elliman in April after heading its top-producing team in 2004, has chosen CORE Group Marketing as the name for his new boutique firm, the Real Deal has learned. The firm, located at 417 Fifth Avenue, will focus on providing services to new residential developments, something Osher focused on while at Elliman since the mid-1990s. It will also broker resales and rentals of co-ops, condos and townhouses. CORE Group Marketing had eight employees as of the end of May.
