Upper East Side’s Manhattan House for sale

The New York Life Insurance Company plans to sell Manhattan House, a luxury apartment complex on the Upper East Side that the company has owned for more than 50 years. CB Richard Ellis is brokering the sale that could fetch as much as $600 million. Manhattan House spans an entire city block between Second and Third avenues on 66th Street, and includes 583 rental apartments.
