Yankees to unveil proposed stadium

The New York Yankees plan to unveil today the design of a new $800 million stadium in the South Bronx. The franchise has said it will pay the construction costs of the stadium, which should be ready in time for the 2009 season, and the city and the state will pay about $300 million for improvements in the surrounding area.more [Daily News]
