The new tower going up at 207 East 57th Street demonstrates the resurgence of a part of Third Avenue dominated by mid-19th-century buildings. The new tower, developed by the Clarett Group, will include luxury condos as well as the new headquarters of Bloomberg LP. more [NYT]
