Gary Barnett of Extell Development Corporation is reportedly planning to sell pieces of Trump Place on the West Side that he is scheduled to buy Thursday for $1.76 billion. Barnett is ready to flip the three rental properties to Equity Residential Properties for $816 million. more [Crain’s]
