The New Jersey Nets should be moving to Brooklyn soon. The Metropolitan Transportation Authority approved Wednesday developer and Nets’ owner Bruce Ratner’s plans for building a basketball arena over the Atlantic Avenue rail yards in Downtown Brooklyn.
