As many as 74 households could be uprooted in Downtown Brooklyn to make way for the new New Jersey Nets arena and surrounding development. Eighty-two housing units are still occupied within the 21 acres slated for the development, according to a recently released document by Nets owner and developer Bruce Ratner. Eight of those 82 are condos or co-ops whose owners have agreed to sell them to Ratner. more [NYDN]
