Plans presented for major South Bronx complex

The Related Companies presented its plans to a local community board Wednesday night for a $48 million development on an empty lot in the South Bronx. The 170,000-square-foot, two-story retail and office development at 156th Street and 3rd Avenue will have two anchor tenants, Staples and Formans Clothing Store, and space will also be rented by the city Department of Transportation.
