Manhattan’s only Century 21 real estate franchise has changed its name to Century 21 Kevin B. Brown & Associates from Century 21 William B. May. The new name reflects franchise owner Kevin B. Brown as well as efforts to resolve confusion over the former name, which was created out of a merger between Century 21 and boutique agency William B. May’s Midtown office. Century 21 Kevin B. Brown & Associates now has no affiliation with any William B. May offices.
