Citigroup signs major lease at 787 Seventh

Citigroup reportedly inked a deal Monday for just under 250,000 square feet of office space at 787 Seventh Avenue. The new lease includes the vacant 50th-floor ballroom in a building where the asking rents on higher floors average from the $50s to the $60s. Citigroup’s plans to lease more than 500,000 square feet at 485 Lexington Avenue remains in up in the air pending approval from the bank’s board. more [Post]
