Sites planned for new retail in Lower Manhattan

A top aide to Gov. George Pataki said Thursday morning that 200,000 square feet in the new World Trade Center transportation hub and the Church Street corridor would be the first retail sites offered to shops, restaurants, and national chain stores as part of the redevelopment of Lower Manhattan.
