Bellmarc announced Tuesday afternoon it would merge the management and sales forces in its Lincoln Center and Gramery/Chelsea offices into one office at the newly constructed 936 Broadway. The 3-story, 11,000-square-foot building will headquarter Bellmarc’s Efforts For 14th Street to 65th Street. The new office, expected to be operational by Nov. 1, will be led by senior manager John Lawrence and manager Lisa Strobing.
