Some people like their hotel rooms so much they’re buying them. More and more nationwide, deals are being cut wherein a buyer purchases a hotel room, stays in it a certain amount of the year as if it were a private home, and then splits the rental revenue with the hotel during the other times of the year, when the room is reserved by hotel guests. more [NYT]
