CBRE taps Nassau official for Downtown office

Commercial brokerage CB Richard Ellis has tapped the director of real estate planning and development for Nassau County to head its Downtown office. Sheldon L. Cohen will manage the day-to-day operations of the office at 140 Broadway, which includes more than 50 people. He succeeds broker Bruce Surry, who has doubled as the office’s manager.
