Ground was broken on Tuesday for the new Hub Retail and Office Center in the South Bronx. The two-story shopping center along Third Avenue between 153rd and 156th streets has been three decades in coming, and will include stores such as Staples and Rite Aid as well as the main offices for the city’s Department of Finance. more [NY1]
