New owners to transform Western Beef space

The new owner of the old Western Beef address in the Meatpacking District has big plans for the 60,000-square-foot space. Taconic Investment Partners has gotten approval from the city to renovate the space to include an 8,000-square-foot penthouse with about 4,000 square feet of terrace. Robert K.
