An 11-story building at 11 West 19th Street in the Flatiron District has sold for $87 million. Bob Savitt of the Kaufman Organization led a group of investors in purchasing the 281,000-square-foot building. Brian Ezratty of Eastern Consolidated represented the six relatives selling the building.
