Another big commercial lease renewal in ever-tightening Midtown. The Capital Group Companies has re-upped for 85,175 square feet at 45 Rockefeller Plaza. The renewal includes 18,147 feet of expansion. CB Richard Ellis’ Kenneth Rapp represent Capital Group, and landlord Tishman Speyer was self-represented. more [Post]
