City slow to deliver Williamsburg benefits

The city rezoned the Williamsburg-Greenpoint waterfront more than a year ago for high-rise development, but it’s been slow in delivering promised benefits for the local community. The city pledged to create an advisory committee to oversee the waterfront transformation from industrial to residential, but the committee hasn’t been created.
