In a further sign of Red Hook’s emergence as a gentrifying Brooklyn neighborhood, a two-family home there recently set what one brokerage is calling a sales record for the enclave. A four-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse with a landscaped backyard recently sold for $1,065,000, according to Fillmore Real Estate, a Brooklyn-based firm that handled the sale. The townhouse, at 105 Pioneer Street, is about 2,380 square feet. By Tom Acitelli
